5-day program • 7 hours/day M-F campers design, build, and battle safe, kid-friendly combat robots.
Who should attend
This camp is built for curious, hands-on kids ages 9–12 who want to spend a full week making real robots and putting their ideas to the test. - **You love building things** with your hands, whether that means snapping parts together, experimenting with mechanisms, or figuring out how to make something move better. - **You’re excited by robots in action**, especially the idea of designing, building, and battling safe, kid-friendly combat robots over a 5-day program. - **You enjoy problem-solving** and don’t mind trying, tweaking, and improving. This is a great fit if you like learning by doing instead of just watching. - **You’re curious about different kinds of robotics**, from mobile robots and autonomous systems to humanoid, medical, construction, and warehouse robotics. - **You want a structured, immersive camp day** with plenty of time to focus, build skills, and make progress across 7 hours each day, Monday through Friday. - **You’d have fun collaborating with other creative kids** in a makerspace setting, sharing ideas, testing designs, and cheering each other on as robots enter the arena.
