Julie Grimes Waldorf is the Chief Legal Officer of Carbonbase and Director of Business Development. Carbonbase is building a fintech platform to facilitate sustainable transitions for enterprises and individuals to take effective climate action. Julie was previously General Counsel of The Vitamin Shoppe and Ford Models, and was a Corporate & Capital Markets Attorney at the international law firm Pillsbury Winthrop. After graduating from Harvard Law School, she clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Julie has previously worked for the U.S. Trade Representative, as well as The Atlantic Council in the NATO Information Office.
