Using my experience, study of human nature and experience in multiple sectors (as IT, Telcom, Aviation, Tourism), types of companies and in different departments, I focused on changing and adapting processes and workflows within an entire company or in a specific department, to reach the requirements for business objectives, commercial, marketing, products, distribution and customer needs. I do this through process automation and/or change, providing insight into critical business steps, health analytics, creating collaborations, and restructuring current employees' positions and increasing their required knowledge.
